Job Title: Manager / Senior Sales Engineer – Gas Turbine (Power Generation, Oil & Gas)
Location: Karachi
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Gas Turbine Sales Professional with 5–10 years of proven experience in selling industrial power solutions, specifically gas turbines and related services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the complete sales cycle for gas turbine solutions, from initial contact to deal closure.
2. Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in both local and international markets.
3. Build long-term relationships with key clients, EPC contractors, and stakeholders in the power and
oil & gas sectors.
4. Prepare and deliver customized technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements.
5. Coordinate with internal technical, commercial, and project execution teams to ensure seamless
project delivery.
6. Conduct ongoing market research to monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and new market
opportunities.
7. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (MBA is a plus).
5–10 years of experience in sales/business development in gas turbines, power generation, oil and gas industries.
Strong knowledge of gas turbine systems, lifecycle services, and industry applications.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage large-scale projects and handle high-value contracts independently.
Salary Package
PKR 300,000 – 500,000/month (based on experience).
