Logix Solutions is hiring a Planning & Demand Optimization Lead for one of its valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead demand planning, forecasting, and production planning activities in line with commercial and operational goals.
• Drive integrated planning cycles and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, Quality, and Procurement teams.
• Ensure uninterrupted availability of raw materials, packaging components, and finished products through effective planning controls.
• Continuously review production plans to manage capacity constraints, operational risks, and demand changes.
• Optimize inventory to minimize expiries, excess stock, and service-level risks.
• Ensure planning processes comply with pharmaceutical regulatory and quality standards.
• Support product launches, scale-up initiatives, and process improvements from a planning perspective.
• Enhance planning systems and tools, including effective utilization of ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle).
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certification will be an advantage.
• 5-7 years of experience in planning or supply chain roles within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP PP/MM.
