SERVICE ENGINEER

Job Position: Service Engineer

Job Location: Peshawar/Quetta , Pakistan

Job Responsibilities

1. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on various industrial products i.e., Security equipment’s, material handling equipment’s etc.
2. Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
3. Collaborate with the technical team to develop and implement effective solutions.
4. Conduct regular maintenance and updates on equipment.
5. Deliver comprehensive training to clients on system operations.
6. Ensure timely resolution of service requests and exceed customer expectations.
7. Assist in calibration and testing equipment.
8. Support maintenance activities on site
9. Coordinate with technicians and other team members for site work.
10. Help in identifying spare parts and basic tools required for maintenance.
11. Learn and follow quality standards and best engineering practices.
12. Participate in training sessions and technical skill development programs.

Job Requirements:

1.Graduate Degree; BE in Electrical & Electronics
2. 2 to 3 years at least in the relevant industry fresh also can apply
3. Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

50000-70000
