Job Position: General Manager Operations – Textile Industry
Job Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete textile manufacturing cycle, from fabric production to finished stitched garments
• Oversee operations across weaving, dyeing, printing, embroidery, and stitching units
• Ensure quality standards, production timelines, and cost control across all manufacturing processes
• Coordinate with local and international clients, including export buyers, to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Lead order planning and production scheduling to meet delivery commitments
• Manage and mentor senior teams across production, supply chain, and sales departments
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity improvements, and process optimization
Requirements:
• 15+ years of experience in the textile manufacturing sector
• Minimum 8 years of managerial or leadership experience
• Strong exposure to textile production processes and garment manufacturing
• Experience working with export buyers and international clients
Qualification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
