Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Support Engineer (Male) to provide technical support, installation, and maintenance services for our clients. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering professional on-site and remote support.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems at client sites.
2. Provide remote and on-site technical support to resolve system or device issues.
3. Perform routine system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance.
4. Coordinate with the development and operations team for issue escalation and resolution.
5. Document support activities, client feedback, and technical issues in logs or reports.
6. Train clients on the use of software and equipment where required.
7. Ensure timely response to service tickets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
8. Assist in product testing, demos, and deployment as per project requirements.

Requirements:
1. Male candidate, preferably aged 22–35 years.
2. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
3. 1–3 years of experience in technical support, system administration, or field engineering.
4. Strong understanding of Windows OS, networking basics (LAN/WAN), and hardware setup.
5. Knowledge of SQL Server, or digital signage/QMS products is a plus.
6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
7. Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
8. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
