Logix Solutions is hiring on behalf of one of its valued US-based clients for the position of Founding ML/AI Engineer.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a pre-seed venture-backed startup and play a key role in building the intelligence layer of an AI-powered talent platform. As a Founding ML/AI Engineer, you’ll work closely with the founding team to develop recommendation systems, LLM-powered matching capabilities, and production-ready AI solutions.
Requirements:
4 years of professional experience in AI/ML (applications with more than 4 years of experience will not be considered)
Previous experience working in an early-stage startup is mandatory
Strong Computer Science fundamentals
Expertise in TypeScript and React
Experience with LLM APIs and modern AI development tools
Must be authorized to work in the United States (U.S. resident or Green Card/Permanent Resident holder)
