Logix Solutions is looking for a experienced Head of Chapter to oversee the day-to-day
operations of the chapter, ensure smooth functioning, manage teams, and achieve
organizational targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the chapter’s daily operations and ensure all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Supervise staff, delegate responsibilities, and ensure effective team performance.
Monitor chapter performance and ensure assigned targets and objectives are achieved.
Coordinate with the Head Office and ensure compliance with organizational policies,
procedures, and standards.
Manage students, trainees, clients, and other stakeholders while addressing their concerns
professionally.
Monitor and manage chapter facilities and resources, including classrooms, equipment,
vehicles, and office supplies.
Prepare and share regular operational and performance reports with the Head Office.
Identify operational challenges and take appropriate measures to ensure uninterrupted
chapter activities.
Requirements
Education: Graduate Degree / Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business
Administration, Public Administration, or any other relevant field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Candidates with experience in Head of Chapter, Project Management, Institute
Management, or TVET Management will be preferred.
Strong leadership, management, communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
Ability to manage responsibilities and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
