We’re Hiring: 𝗠𝗧𝗢 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗙𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲)

We are looking for a motivated and confident candidate to join our team and help convert leads into trainees for our professional training and certification programs.

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Lead Generation (MTO)
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 6 months – 1 year
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: On-site

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

– Handle cold calls and inbound leads received through online advertisements.
– Contact leads through calls and WhatsApp.
– Manage social media platforms and respond to inquiries.
– Assist with social media management and lead generation activities.
– Understand leads’ requirements and recommend suitable courses/certifications.
– Explain course details, fees, schedules, and benefits.
– Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrolled trainees.
– Maintain lead records and follow-up updates.
– Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

– 6 months – 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales, telesales, or customer dealing.
– Good communication and convincing skills.
– Basic knowledge of social media management.
– Confidence in making calls and following up with leads.
– Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
– Training, education, or certification sales experience will be a plus.
