Job Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Engineer in Karachi, you will:
1) Assist customers and solar installers over the phone to resolve product-related issues
2) Provide detailed support regarding product settings and installation guidance
3) Troubleshoot and resolve technical queries related to solar inverters
4) Redirect customers to the nearest service centers when necessary
5) Ensure high-quality customer service and timely resolution of complaints
6) Support solar energy systems with a strong technical background
Job Requirements
To be considered for this Technical Support Engineer job in Karachi, candidates should have:
