Assistant Manager – Operations (Karachi)
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in HR or Marketing (Master’s degree is a plus)
4–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and streamline daily business operations for efficiency and growth
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of tasks
Monitor KPIs, prepare reports & provide insights for decision-making
Maintain client relationships and resolve operational challenges
Support HR & Marketing teams in implementing strategies
Required Skills:
Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
