Shifts Available: Morning & Night

Timings:
Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives/Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in the service industry, and a strong ability to generate leads, manage clients, and convert prospects into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1-Drive new business generation across B2B and B2C segments
2-Develop and execute effective strategies for lead generation and pipeline building
3-Work on both organic lead generation and campaign-based leads
4-Qualify prospects based on interest, budget, and service requirements
5-Consistently follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals
6-Convert leads into clients and maintain a strong conversion ratio
7-Manage and maintain client relationships post-service
8-Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business development targets
9-Maintain a strong sales pipeline with timely follow-ups
10-Reach out to prospective clients through email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree (completed)
– 6 months to 1 year of experience in the service industry
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong interpersonal and client management skills
– Ability to engage, negotiate, and close deals
– Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
