Logix Solutions is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Chapter – Karachi for one of our valued clients in the Education Sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing chapter operations, ensuring academic excellence, and driving student admissions and institutional growth.
Location: Azam Town, Karachi
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall management of the Chapter.
• Achieve student admissions and enrollment targets while ensuring the smooth implementation of academic and training programs.
• Maintain academic quality, curriculum implementation, faculty performance, and student success.
• Manage financial resources, budgeting, administration, and operational sustainability.
• Lead, supervise, and develop Chapter staff while fostering a productive work environment.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with industries and employers to enhance internship opportunities and graduate placements.
• Organize orientations, seminars, faculty meetings, and student engagement activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual operational, academic, and financial reports.
Key Requirements
• MPhil or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership/management role, preferably as Head of Chapter, Project Management, Institute Management, TVET Management, or a similar position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage teams, operations, and institutional activities effectively.
