Job Overview
Logix Solutions is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources (HR) to lead and manage the organization’s HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development initiatives aligned with business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
1- MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
2- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, including managerial or leadership-level exposure
3- Candidates from the Retail or FMCG sector will be given preference

Key Responsibilities
1- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives
2- Lead and oversee all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
3- Partner with senior management to support business growth through effective people strategies
4- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
5- Develop workforce planning strategies to meet organizational staffing needs
6- Design and implement performance management systems and KPIs
7- Drive employee engagement, retention, and motivation initiatives
8- Handle employee grievances and maintain a healthy workplace culture
9- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
10- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation
11- Maintain HRMIS records and generate HR reports for management review
12- Support change management and organizational restructuring initiatives
13- Improve HR processes and implement best HR practices
