Job Summary
Logix Solutions is looking for a Senior Manager – Supply Chain (Retail) on behalf of one of its valued clients based in Karachi, Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities
1 – Manage end-to-end retail supply chain operations, including procurement, replenishment, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
2 – Ensure timely product availability across all retail outlets while maintaining optimum inventory levels.
3 – Develop and implement demand forecasting and inventory planning strategies to reduce stock-outs and overstock situations.
4 – Coordinate with buying, merchandising, warehouse, and store operations teams to ensure smooth supply chain execution.
5 – Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners.
6 – Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and service agreements with vendors.
7 – Monitor warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and stock movement.
8 – Optimize transportation and distribution processes to improve delivery timelines and reduce logistics costs.
Qualifications
1 – Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
2 – MBA or Master's degree will be an added advantage.
3 – Professional certifications such as APICS CSCP, CPIM, or CILT will be preferred.
4 – 5–6 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management within the retail industry.
5 – Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is highly desirable.
