Senior Manager- Training & Development

Job Locations: Karachi & Lahore
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement organization-wide training and development strategies.
• Identify training needs through performance analysis, skills gap assessments, andbusiness requirements.
• Design and deliver training programs, Certifications, workshops, and learning interventions (technical, soft skills, leadership).
• Lead and manage the training team, vendors, and external facilitators.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Maintain training calendars, budgets, and learning records.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in training and development, with leadership exposure.
• Strong experience in learning needs analysis, instructional design, and training delivery.
Skills & Competencies
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training impact.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
